Hello and Welcome to Credit Recovery! 👋
I will be your teacher/facilitator for this course. I have been teaching since 2007 and I am looking forward to our time together! -Mr. Thrower
😎Top 5 Tips to help you be successful in this class:
1) Pretests: Pretests are an incredibly important part of this class. The pretests are prescriptive, meaning they allow you to test out of lessons, or even an entire unit! Take your time on your pretest to "show what you know." This is the greatest advantage of credit recovery courses.
2) Sequential Order: You are required to complete the lessons in order as they are in the course outline. There may seem like a lot of slides at first, but each slide is very short, sometimes simply a title and image, or a couple bullet points. If you can’t move on you missed something, make sure to answer all the practice questions in the lessons.
3) Support: If you need any help in the class, I prefer to help students in LiveLesson.
Book appointments if needed.

For simpler questions, like resets, a webmail or text message would also work. My GV #: 810-428-4629
4) Resets: If you fail an assessment three times you will need a reset. We may need to virtually meet or discuss for resets to help you pass.
5) Pacing: All lessons, activities, and assessments are due by the last day of class. It's important to stay active each day in order to be able to finish on time.
🧠-Have Fun Learning! 😊
